Please request a referral to our office from the child’s pediatrician and fax it to 833-354-6737

Our appointments are typically 30 minutes long. This includes clinician-directed and play-based activities seated or standing at a table (as tolerated) for two thirds of the session, and the remaining time is child-led play that incorporates the child’s goals. Child-led means that the play is focused around the child’s interests, which improves the quality of the interactions. Children learn through play!

Caregivers are always welcome in sessions. The more a caregiver participates, the more opportunities for carryover outside of therapy (that means they’ve really learned the skill!). Life gets busy; we understand. Caregivers are welcome to wait in the private waiting area as well, where there’s a very comfy couch and private bathroom.

Co-pays are expected once the insurance claim has been paid. They will be charged to the card on file unless other arrangements are made.

What if we don't take your insurance?

You will be expected to pay an agreed upon, out-of-pocket fee per session at the time of service. We can provide you with a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please ask us if you have any questions, we are happy to help with the process.
